These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, installation, and use of all CCTV, Home Automation, Access Control, Networking, and related security products and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by CloudPlay Network ("Company", "We", "Us"). By purchasing or using our Services the Customer ("You") agrees to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
- CloudPlay Network provides CCTV installations, home automation, access control, networking, AMC and related services.
- All Services are subject to product availability and site conditions; quoted timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
2. Quotations & Pricing
- Quotes are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change due to material costs, site variations, or regulatory changes; additional work is billed separately.
3. Payments
- Invoices are payable as specified on the quotation/invoice. We may require full or partial advance payment prior to scheduling or dispatch.
- Work will be scheduled only after payment confirmation.
4. Installation
- Customer must provide safe access, electricity, and any permissions required for installation.
- Civil work (chiselling, cutting, painting) is excluded unless explicitly included in the quotation.
- Delays caused by site conditions, weather, or customer-side constraints are not the Company's responsibility.
5. Product Use & Restrictions
- Products must be used per manufacturer instructions. Unauthorized alteration or third-party repairs void warranties.
- Customers shall not use systems for unlawful surveillance or privacy violations.
6. Liability
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages are excluded. Our maximum liability for direct damages is limited to the invoice value of the specific product or service.
- We are not liable for third-party network outages, power surges, or data loss due to hardware failure.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in the state where the service was provided.
Privacy Policy

CloudPlay Network ("We") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact details: name, phone number, email, and address.
- Billing and payment information required to process invoices.
- Device details: product serial numbers, model, installation records.
- Optional: system usage analytics and in-app telemetry (only with consent).
2. Use of Information
We use customer data to deliver services, perform installations, provide support, manage AMC/warranty, and for billing purposes.
3. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with payment processors, authorized service partners, logistics providers, or as required by law.
4. CCTV Footage & Video Privacy
All footage recorded by your CCTV belongs to you. We do not access, store, or distribute footage without explicit customer consent, except when required by law or to provide troubleshooting support with your permission.
5. Data Security & Retention
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to secure data. We retain information for warranty, service history, and legal compliance; you may request deletion in accordance with applicable law.

Warranty Policy

1. Manufacturer Warranty
Hardware products supplied may carry manufacturer-backed warranties (typically 1-3 years depending on brand). Warranty terms and duration vary by manufacturer and are governed by the manufacturer's policy.
2. Installation Warranty
CloudPlay Network provides a 6-month warranty on installation workmanship covering cable terminations, connector issues, camera alignment, and configuration errors (unless stated otherwise in the quote).
3. Exclusions
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, water ingress, fire, lightning, rodents, unauthorized repair, or modifications.
- Consumables (batteries, bulbs) are not covered unless specified.
4. Claim Process
- Provide invoice and product serial number.
- Report the issue to support; we may perform remote diagnostics or onsite inspection.
- Repairs or replacements are subject to manufacturer approval and availability.
Return & Replacement Policy

1. Returns
Unopened, unused, and sealed products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for refund or exchange, subject to verification and a possible restocking fee. Installed or activated products cannot be returned.
2. Replacements
Defective products reported within 7 days of delivery will be replaced after verification. If an identical model is unavailable, an equivalent model of similar specifications will be provided.
3. Process
- Contact support with order details, invoice, and photos (if applicable).
- Obtain return authorization before dispatching any products.
- Approved returns must include original packaging and documentation.
Billing & Refund Policy

1. Payment Methods
We accept online payments, bank transfers, and UPI. Payment confirmation is required before dispatch or scheduling technicians.
2. Refunds
- Service payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Payments for cancelled bookings (before dispatch) will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
- Hardware refunds follow the Return & Replacement Policy.
3. Transaction Failures
If money is deducted but not reflected, we will liaise with the payment gateway/bank and process refunds (where applicable) within 5-7 working days following verification.
4. AMC
Annual Maintenance Contract fees are non-refundable once the contract term has commenced, except where required by applicable consumer law and subject to deduction of administrative charges.
